The village of Châtillon has a rich cultural and natural heritage : it’s surrounded by the Glandasse mountain, the Bez river and vineyards. Its architectural heritage is impressive with its medieval alleys and its botanical path. Indeed, an incredible collection of plants spreads across the village. Two circuits provide an opportunity to discover the village :

This circuit is made of 14 landmarks dedicated to Châtillon’s architecture and history. It’s a historical trip from roman times all the way to the 20th century. Discover the castle’s site, the remains of the ramparts, the medieval alleys, the 18th century’s flourishing commercial, agricultural and industrial life, the two churches, the townhouse and its mural paintings, the school and what remains of the imperial gendarmerie.
